SINGfest just announced its line-up last week and Smashing Pumpkins is obviously the band I’m most looking forward to. Corgan’s shiny head is as equally alluring to me as Katy Perry’s shiny knockers. Really. Ahem anyways, Diane Birch is also on the bill and I’m pretty sad that no one knows about her awesomeness. Diane’s mainly soul and blues but there’s a little folk in there as well. It certainly helps that she looks as pretty as her voice sounds. Here’s a really innovative video for her track “Valentino” of her debut album. Two amazing acts that’ll make me gladly part ways with a hefty 175 bucks.
